Punctuality is a priority, and we always arrive on time. You never have to wait on your reports as we provide them the same day as the inspection. Professionalism is essential to the CG Team, and you can expect kind, lighthearted, courteous inspectors who do a thorough job. We treat every property as if it were our own and leave the property in as good or better shape than when we arrived.

We welcome and encourage open communication through the inspection process. We are here to answer questions and promote confidence in the inspection and home buying process.

Our team has extensive experience in the construction industry, with over 35 years combined experience in architecture, engineering, drafting, and inspecting. We have completed over 10,000 home inspections since we opened our doors in 1998. Each of our inspectors is a certified and licensed home inspector in New Mexico.

Eric Robinson

Eric was a certified home inspector prior to joining Pillar to Post in 2019. He was re-certified with Pillar to Post that same year and is now a licensed Home Inspector. With a desire to help others, Eric brings to The CG Team an eye for detail, a thorough and friendly inspection approach, and a solid understanding of the home buying process from both a prospective buyer’s and real estate agent’s point of view. He is always lighthearted and approachable. He is never too busy for clients or agents to answer questions and make the home purchasing process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
While he’s not performing home inspections or educating new home buyers and helping them get to know their new home, this friendly neighborhood home inspector enjoys his family and star gazing through his telescope on the back patio with his three dogs, furthering his passion for astrophotography.
